Ever since '9-ll' and the series of events THAT HAPPENED ON THAT FATEFUL DAY has led to the seemingly never ending “wars against terror” on Muslims in which millions of purely innocent believers in ISLAM have died unjustifiable and unimaginable crimes against Muslims are the daily norm in the U.S such as:

 

·         The Burning and or urinating of al-Qur’an and disrespecting the name of ALLAH!!!!!

·         The vandalization of Masjids, Schools, Businesses etc

·         Demonic depictions of Prophet Muhammad in Western Art and literature etc.

·         Police spying in Masjids and planting immigrant Muslim informants (at the threat of deportation!)

          Daily death threats and unprovocted physical violence and murder of Muslims

·         The daily demonization of Islam and Muslims in Western media

·       

This behavior along  with the climate of religious and racial biasness has created the rapid rise of ‘Islamophobia’ a term created by the Western media in order to instill fear, hate and prejudice against Muslims living in Western Christian lands.

 

Here in the U.S Muslims are now harassed daily, with growing ill-treatment from the majority Christian populace. Muslim women have been targeted and unjustly harassed, threatened and shot to death, university students shot and killed for no JUSTIFIABLE reason at all, Muslim fathers getting attacked in broad daylight in front of their children, racial and religious profiling, and well documented spying by the police of Muslims throughout the U.S., job applications thrown in the trash with either “ethnic sounding” black or Muslim names etc.

 

So much of this morbid and un-ending racist behavior is all too familiar and historically paralleled exactly to what happened to the European Jews before their well recorded ‘Holocaust’ under the demonically inspired Nazi dictatorship of Germany under Adolph Hitler.

                    Another Muslim woman was highly discriminated against and disrespected while flying on United Airlines in May, 2015:

“I am sitting on a United Airlines flight in the air 30,000ft above and I am in tears of humiliation from discrimination. The flight attendant asked me what I would like to drink and I requested a can of diet coke. She brought me a can that was open so I requested an unopened can due to hygienic reasons. She said no one has consumed from the drink, but I requested an unopened can. She responded, "Well I'm sorry I just can't give you an unopened can so no diet coke for you." She then brought the man sitting next to me a can of UNOPENED beer. So I asked her again why she refused to give me an UNOPENED can of diet coke. She said, "We are unauthorized to give unopened cans to people because they may use it as a WEAPON on the plane." So I told her that she was clearly discriminating against me because she gave the man next to me an unopened can of beer. She looked at his can, quickly grabbed it and opened it and said, "it's so you don't use it as a weapon." Appalled at her behavior I asked people around me if they witnessed this discriminatory and disgusting behavior and the man sitting in an aisle across from me yelled out to me, "you Moslem, you need to shut the F** up." I said, "what?!" He then leaned over from his seat, looked me straight in the eyes and said, "yes you know you would use it as a WEAPON so shut the f**k up." I felt the hate in his voice and his raging eyes. I can't help but cry on this plane because I thought people would defend me and say something. Some people just shook their heads in dismay.”

And yet again in the month of June 2015, 21 year old hell-bent avowed white racist Dylan Roof went into a historical peace-loving Black church and slaughtered 9 innocent Black people after sitting for an hour in a prayer meeting with them in which he bizarrely believed that “Black men were rapping white women and taking over America”. This incident had nothing to do with Islam and Muslims this was due solely because they were too a historically persecuted Black Christian people. Shortly after this massacre several Black churches were “mysteriously” burnt to the ground and re-awakening the great satanic evil that Blacks had endured during from the “American Chattel Slavery Era’ and the legal U.S apartheid era known in world history as ‘Jim Crow’!

 

Another bizarre thing about this church massacre was that shortly after Dylan Roof was captured by the police they were “comfortable enough” and at “ease” to take this evil young serial killer to a Burger King restaurant after he told them that he was hungry.

 

The murdering of Blacks and Indigenous/Natives to this very day are as old as America itself! 

 

Asians too have a MURDEROUS legacy with the whiteman’s racist behavior check this bizarre and oddly peculiar set of facts out:

But what a very small few may know is the fact that German and Italian Americans too were taken from their homes and placed with the Japanese in internment camps located in 3 locations in Texas.

 

Many independent Black townships were destroyed and inhabitants VICIOUSLY SLAUGHTERED by whites in cold blood in towns such as: Rosewood, Allensworth, Slocum, Texas, Atlanta Race Riot, East St. Louis Massacre, Kirven Texas, Seneca Village, Opelousas Massacre, Omaha Race Riot, Chicago Race Riot, Colfax Massacre, Washington Race Riot, New Orleans Race Riot, The Red Summer Riots, St. Augustine, Florida Beach Riot and the most famous BLACK WALLSTREET OF TULSA OKLAHOMA! There were many more independent and prosperous towns destroyed by whites not mentioned here.

 

I note these well documented and irrefutable concrete facts to show the racist legacy of white people and why the inherent continued climate of racial hate against non-white people is here with us to this very day!!!!!

 

Black and Latino men are being murdered now in unprecedented numbers just as they both were during ‘Jim Crow’ (legal apartheid era!) by the police and racially profiled on a daily basis, Muslim immigrants are now being apart of this evil statistic. But the worst of this is the irrefutable fact that Indigenous Natives have actually the highest rate of police killings etc. The Latino and Indigenous Native communities do not get the same exposure in the media as Blacks do though their numbers are just as high with racist police brutality. The border patrol police are also well known for their murdering, raping, molesting and sheer brutality of Latino people that cross into the U.S. Many of these well recorded abuses happen in their immigrant detention centers across the Mexican/U.S border etc.

 

During the Western Judeo/Anglo Christian slavery era blacks had suffered several centuries of an unprecedented: demonic/cultish, brutal, sadistic, animal chattel, sexual deviant/perverted behavior, freakish/barbaric quack medical experiments etc. The white man’s godless and blasphemous form of slavery WAS IRREFUTABLY AND UNDENIABLY THE MOST EVIL BY FAR IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND etc. This racist behavior/attitude once again like in their past is now being spewed unashamedly from a great number of people in American politics from: Presidential front running republican candidates (Trump etc.)  Mayors, Congressmen, City Officials, Law Enforcement, Senators etc. Even President Obama and his family have not escaped the hateful ultra-racist slurs from his fellow democratic citizens.

These well recorded unprecedented and frequent killings by the American police have many blacks and blacks that are Muslim, Latino’s, Indigenous Natives etc. simply afraid to venture outside of their homes at times thinking “Will I be next or someone I know?” A’UTHU BILAHI MIN ASH SHAYTANIR RAJEEM!!!!!

 

Police departments throughout the U.S, have made matters worse by recruiting “insecure” Muslims to ‘snitch’ on fellow Muslims setting them up on false charges to end up in prison. The police have threatened to revoke the ‘green-cards’ of these “insecure” Muslims and deport them if they did not cooperate with them to betray their fellow Muslim brothers and sisters.

 

Whites too now are increasingly becoming victims of unjust police violence as we see during these massive unprecedented social protests nationwide etc. Many whites like in the case of blacks are seeking justice just to be stalled and lied too also feeling the pain and anguish which blacks have dealt with for the last 400 years at loosing innocent loved ones to corruption and violence etc.

 

This trend does not show any slowing in the near future

There is a “catch 22” situation here for Muslim residing in Western lands and the fact that Islam is the world’s fastest growing religion by far as many the world over are entering the fold of this great and wonderful blessed way of life and finally understanding what their obligations are to the good of mankind.

We are indeed happy for that because millions like me whose fore-parents were Muslims before the ‘Trans-Atlantic Western Chattel Slavery Era’ and now we have been given a "second chance".

During those dubious and wicked times, unimaginable punishments by white Christians and Jews with the worst of it all BEING STRIPPED OF ISLAM and having it replaced with European Trinitarian “Christianity”.

This happened for over 3 centuries followed up by nearly a century of “legal APARTHEID’ (Jim Crow) which included death by lynching (bodily mutilation and the hanging/burning etc).

The police murders of today on black men, women and children now out-pace by far the lynchings of the ‘Jim Crow’ era!                                                           Economic, social, literary/scholastic depravity (school closures) and inequality are still all the order of the day!

Eric Garner a blackman who was suspected of selling cigarettes who was not armed and clearly no threat whatsoever to the several police officers that surrounded him died due to an illegal choke hold. Whilst in the illegal chokehold he begged the police 8 times for air and then said (to our regret!) his now last famous words: ‘I CA’NT BREATH’!!!!!. The officer that murdered Garner will not face any prison time whatsoever!

 

In Phoenix, Arizona (5-29-15 on JUMA FRIDAY!) the protest by FULLY ARMED racist white neo-Nazi bikers DISRUPTED OUR SACRED CONGREGATIONAL PRAYER with the intentions of provoking a physical altercation and possible bloodshed. Ibrahim Rahim posted his account of what happened on Facebook:

 

“My youngest brother Usaama Rahim was waiting for the bus to go to his job. He was confronted by three Boston Police officers and subsequently shot in the back three times. He was on his cell phone with my dear father during the confrontation needing a witness. His last words to my father who heard the shots were: I can’t breathe!”

A federal law enforcement source says Usaama Rahim, 26, of Roslindale, had been on investigators ‘radar for several months and recently became radicalized and inspired by ISIS’ online propaganda.”

 

COINCIDENTALLY like Eric Garner, Imam Ibrahim’s brother Usaama said his last words too were: “I can’t breathe!”

 

Dear brothers and sisters who am I to believe here, The Boston Police which has a long and outstanding, undeniable, well documented history of: racial profiling, police brutality, corruption etc? Or a Muslim only known for teaching: tolerance, diversity, peaceful co-existence etc. and having a strong noted stance against ‘terrorism’???ALLAH knows best. During the first Juma Khutbah of the month of Ramadhan 2015 I attended, Imam Ibrahim talked of having peace with the police and fulfilling our rights to ALLAH this fasting season. Will it ever happen at this rate of police shootings and cover-ups??? 

 

My dear and beloved son is the same exact age of Tamir Rice (12yrs at the time of his murder!) who was shot and killed by police for having a toy gun. When police pulled up on the young Tamir he did not aim it at police or act in a threatening way, they just simply shot him within 2 seconds of their arrival. And had they administered first aid got him to the hospital in time he possible could have been saved and not over bled and died from his injuries etc.   

 

Inconsistencies in police account

 

The initial account was given by Deputy Chief of Field Operations Ed Tomba, before the video emerged:

·         Police said that Rice was seated at a table with other people. The video showed that Rice was alone.

·         Police said that as they pulled up, they saw Rice grab the toy gun and put it in his waistband. This is not supported by the video. Judge Adrien said the                 video does not show the toy gun in Rice's hands in the moments immediately before as the zone car approaches.

·         Police said they got out of the car and told Rice three times to put his hands up but he refused. The video shows Rice being shot before the police car                 even comes to a halt.

·         Police said that Rice then reached into his waistband and pulled out the toy gun, and was then shot and killed by Officer Timothy Lehmann. The video                   shows that Rice did not pull out the toy gun.

·         Police described the toy gun as looking real and later explained that the neon tip of the toy gun was missing.However the police never saw Rice brandish or           point the pistol at them to determine if the orange cap was actually missing or not.

Another bizarre thing in all of this is that it took nearly 7 months to bury his body which is totally HARAM in Islam. Many have asked why such a long delay? Where they hiding something? All of this has caused great distress to Tamir’s mother who moved into a homeless shelter. Good thing she was not there long due to family and friends who raised enough money and put her in a nice home after all.

 

Sandra Bland  was another black woman who was also a known inspiring social activist who was illegally pulled over by police on a bogus traffic stop was physically ‘roughed-up’ up by police just to end up dead whilst in jail a few days later of her bogus arrest in which was reported as a “suicide”. After an independent autopsy it was proven that she was strangled to death whilst in police custody.

 

Sam Dubose was shot in the head by police on a routine traffic stop.

 

A young nice and prodigious genius, 14 year old Sudanese American Ahmed Mohamed, a fan of robotics wanted to impress his teachers so he made a digital clock. The school then called the police on him he was taken to juvenile detention and interrogated without his parents. His Islamaphobic School that he attended accused him of making a “bomb”.

 

 “In an interview late Wednesday with MSNBC's Chris Hayes, Ahmed said he was pulled out of class at MacArthur High School by his principal and five police officers and taken to a room where he was questioned for about an hour and a half. He said he asked the adults if he could call his parents.

 

"They told me 'No, you can't call your parents,'" Ahmed said. "'You're in the middle of an interrogation at the moment.' They asked me a couple of times, 'Is it a bomb?' and I answered a couple of times, 'It's a clock.'"

 

"I felt like I was a criminal," the teenager said. "I felt like I was a terrorist. I felt like all the names I was called." Hayes asked what he meant.

 

In middle school, Ahmed said, he had been called "bomb maker" and a "terrorist."

 

"Just because of my race and my religion," he said, adding that when he walked into the room where he was questioned, an officer reclined in a chair and remarked, "That's who I thought it was."

 

"I took it to mean he was pointing at me for what I am, my race," the freshman explained.

These narratives are all too familiar in the America media and only getting worse!

 

Looking at how the U.S has paid other minority groups and supported them recognizing that great damage was done and the irrefutable and undeniable well documented injustices (GENOCIDE!!!) meted out on innocent people which started upon the arrival of none other than: CHRISOPHER COLUMBUS!!!!!

 In this great DEMOCRACY (Home of the Free and Land of the Brave) and where the ‘AMERICAN DREAM’ (prosperity rooted in usury based capitalism) is the driving force of American citizens etc., by now one would naturally think that the literal: ‘blood, sweat and tears’ that was extracted from BLACK MUSLIM SLAVES would have been compensated by now along with the other WELL DESERVING OTHER ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS. But for some seeming endless peculiar reason Blacks remain over looked by the United States of America’s government for their long overdue: REPARATIONS!!! Here is a list of reparation payments of minority oppressed groups:                                                     

And again most recently for our INDENGENOUS BROTHERS: Back in 2012, news outlets reported that the government will pay out $3.4 billion to Native Americans as a result of a long time dispute over the government mismanaging lands and accounts belonging to Native Americans.

The original agreement was outlined in 2009 and was approved in November 2010 by Congress. It then spent two years going through an appeal process and it was finalized two years later on November 24th—a Saturday.

According to CNN, the monies will be split; $1.5 billion will be given to those who were part of the lawsuit and the other $1.9 billion will be used in a “land consolidation program” which allows Native Americans to sell bits and pieces of their land; land that is just a small fraction of the massive ancestral plots that have been chipped away at over the centuries.

With that said, people are wondering about the reparations that are owed to the descendants of slaves that helped create this country. The federal government was able to put a price tag on the land trusts for the Native Americans, however what about the free labor the slaves had no choice but to provide?

Although there is no dollar amount that can compensate the families of those whose ancestors suffered during the days of slavery, for some, just the idea that the federal government is making an honest effort to make amends is enough of a start.

In an article published on the Smithsonian Magazine, the debt that is owed has been talked about in the beginning, but it has gone unpaid for too long. As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stated over 50 years ago: “Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check—a check that has come back marked ‘insufficient funds.’ But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. Albuquerque, NM —“ In a historic settlement, Native American tribes have been awarded nearly a billion dollars. The U.S. Department of Justice announced this week that a settlement was reached with 645 Native American Tribes for the sum of $940 million dollars.

The settlement stems from a 1990 lawsuit, which claimed the U.S. government failed to pay its portion of federal contracts for housing, education, law enforcement and healthcare, as well as a number of other support programs.

When the federal government failed to meet its obligations, people on the tribal lands were decimated by suffering, according to tribal leaders.

“The federal government’s conduct was not just cruel and wrong, it was illegal,” said Governor Val Panteah Sr. of the Zuni Pueblo.

Tribal leaders believe the massive payout to compensate the tribes will assist in combating major issues faced on reservations such as alcoholism, rampant unemployment and almost non-existent healthcare system.

The settlement is meant to compensate the tribal contractors and tribes that were underpaid from the years of 1994 to 2013. The failure of the US government to meet financial obligations to the tribes is one of the historic means used to keep Native Americans disenfranchised.

“I’m very satisfied with this settlement, but in other areas of those treaty obligations we need to work like we did here,” President John Yellowbird Steele of the Oglala Sioux tribe told ABC 7.

There is hope among tribal and government leaders that this agreement could lay the foundation for future healing. Do whites need a vote every several decades from the establishment to see if they can vote in politics as blacks do????? That alone glaringly proves the centuries old atypical inequality of Blacks and Whites in this peculiar diaspora.Due to racism Blacks have never truly been full legal citizens of this country under the ever changing U.S laws which can change on a whim and any time they deem fit let alone have and equal paring with whites on any level.

If one can take a look at the international laws concerning human rights violations and the reparations that are due to those groups that have been oppressed, rights taken away, singled out for indiscriminate physical harm and genocide etc. it’s quite easy to see that Blacks residing in the U.S fits well into this category and are need of repair and compensation.

 

There are many Blacks who are Muslim and faith is Islam just like the millions of Black African slaves that too adhered to Islam as well and left Arabic Manuscripts during their enslavement here to prove it. Anti-Islamic rhetoric is at an all-time high, ‘Islamaphobia’ boiling over, daily threats from nearly all sectors of American life etc., YES, I AM AFRAID FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!! I feel unprotected and unsafe most of the time knowing that I can be imprisoned with no charges at the time of their choosing, killed by police, or a stray bullet in the black community.
